Happy daylight savings day! It drives me crazy when we have to lose an hour of sleep, especially when I am up multiple times throughout the night with my two kiddos. Although tomorrow is Monday, which means we get to grab coffee in the morning (a weekly tradition with my husband). I'm not sure it will completely ease the pain of the classroom clock reading 6:15 instead of 7:15 when I arrive at school. But...enough of complaining! Spring break is right around the corner! :)

Are you addicted to deal sites? My friends got me hooked on Living Social, Groupon, Zulily, and Babysteals, but have you heard about the new deal site for educators? I know every teacher is asking themselves, "Why didn't I think of this!??!?" It's called Educents. It will be a daily deal site featuring the latest educational products at 30-90% off! The site will launch April 2nd, so sign up now. Even better, if you sign up soon, you will get a $15.00 gift certificate.

In other news, do you like the little buttons on the right? I made them yesterday to match our new blog design. E for email, P for Pinterest, F for our new Facebook page (come on over and "like" us, and TPT for our Teachers Pay Teachers store. I'm really getting the hang of the HTML code and love designing products and blogs. I also made a new header on the top of the page! If you like the flags... check us out tomorrow for a surprise FREEBIE! :)

Enjoy the rest of you Sunday!

  1. Look at you making your own buttons and dealing with crazy HTML (which, by the way, I was trying to deal with some of that code this weekend and I gave UP!)

And I totally feel your pain about the time change. Ugh. My kiddos get up by 6:00 in the morning, so we were sort of ok except I still had to get up early for church but went to bed too late. Anyway...the changing the clock at school is the worst...and now it will be dark again when I get to school...It plays tricks on my mind!!
